Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Pocket Meadow app for iPhone and iPad ("the app"), made by Muhammad Waqar Ul Hassan ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Apple's license agreement

The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to Apple's EULA. If anything here conflicts with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA applies.

2. Using the app

You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control.
Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork, sounds or code, except where the law allows it.

3. Pocket Meadow Plus

Some places are free. Pocket Meadow Plus unlocks all places with a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews or charges again.
The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy. Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple ID.
Your purchase stays with your Apple ID. On a new device, tap Restore purchase in the app's Settings. If Family Sharing is available for the purchase, family members may use it too.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Places added in future updates are included in Pocket Meadow Plus.

4. Your content

Anything you write or add in the app — words, drawings and photos — belongs to you and stays on your device. We never see it. Please only add photos you have the right to use. You are responsible for keeping your own device and backups safe.

5. Health note

Pocket Meadow is made for relaxation and calm moments. It is not a medical app and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It is not a replacement for professional help. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor, a counselor or someone you trust. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running well, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available on every device or iOS version. We may update, change or improve the app over time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
